I’m often caught complaining about real estate agents and all of the disclaimers I have to sign absolving them of any duty and responsibility. So why do I need one? In years gone by, I counted on my agent to make sure that there were no hidden pieces of information I may need to know. Or do some research to help clarify all my questions. It is not like that anymore. That reduces my need for an agent to just getting me into a property. With an inspection and an attorney I’m good to go for a fraction of the price. But you... are all over it. Making sure we understood what was in the contract, asking questions about what we wanted added to the contract. Giving suggestions. Talking about the area and those selling best or similar properties meeting our need, etc. best part was following up on everything as we prepared for closing. Making sure we hit all of our dates. So you sir.... still provide that good old fashion service. You are at the top of the list.
